Terms & Condition


  • All items sold are brand new and exclusively imported and NOT RESTOCKABLE (unless stated).
  • We accept orders within Malaysia only.
  • Goods sold are non refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
  • Items are sold on first come first serve basis.
  • Reservations and confirmation of orders are only valid upon completion of the Placement Of Order in full detail (Name, add, tel, item code & color) emailed to yeaybags@ymail.com.
  • Reservations are allowed for only 24 hours and will be lifted if no payment made after during the day.
  •  Strictly no back-outs or missing in action.
  • Color might vary with the real item due to different monitor displayed.
  • Please do not copy or re-use our photos. Please ask for permission if you wish to do so.
  •  No changes are allowed after confirmation of order.
  • Please note that payment made from other banks (inter-bank transfer) will take 1 to 3 working days to process the payment to our Maybank account. We will ship your items once payment received.
  • Item(s) will be mailed within 48hours after payment is received. (Except for Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
  • All item(s) will be inspected before shipping and will be packed nicely and securely. We will not be responsible for any losses or damages during delivery.
  • Make sure there is someone at home to collect your item(s) from the postman. ;)
